It's the kind of motivational video shown to dealership employees (hence the constant rambling about CSI) at training courses. In the right context with the right audience this will work.

No, you measure wheel hp and you measure drive train losses. Add the two and you have a good estimate for crank hp.

Bull. Of course their figure was adjusted for drivetrain loss. And not for some guesstimated figure but for the loss as measured on the dyno during coast down. What seems to be so hard to understand about this?

This blog entry is about a crash test where the car got a 5 star rating on side impact and 4 stars frontal. And the accompanying headline is "safety concern"? Is this supposed to be deliberately misleading or plain stupid?
