Apr 25th 2008 2:49PM Hah! Everyone knows that the Boxster is the same car as the same-generation 996 or 997 from the front seats forward. It's just the engine is in the proper place behind the driver.
It's a sad shame that Porsche doesn't develop the 987 platform to its full potential. I want a Cayman GT3.

I'm sure it will sell well; just not to me. I'm actually scared to have a car at all for commuting because of the looming peak oil crisis precipitating right now. Every day I'm checking bus schedules to see if they add express route times. I've been looking at motorcycle websites trying in vain to find gas mileage ratings. When the S hits the fan, I think it will only be sports cars left over because driving will be a recreation that only the affluent can afford.
