Canada finally gets the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution {Autoblog}

Mar 2nd 2008 1:37PM The plastic add on I can get over...the 25% price increase with the Canadian dollar above the Greenback I cannot! I just hope the current review of bumper standards they are studying goes with the US standard so importing one into Canada becomes reality.

Over 370 BMWs bound for New Jersey port damaged in shipping {Autoblog}

Jan 14th 2008 9:57PM 370 cars of any high volume model is a drop in the bucket to what the manufacturing plants can turn out! A few weekend overtime shifts and they're back on track. Sucks for the buyers waiting though.

Detroit 2008: 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart... we're sold {Autoblog}

Jan 13th 2008 8:31PM I applaud Mitsu for filling in the gap between the GTS and Evo and offering some competition to the WRX but whats stopping this car from being a porker like the Evo? Your looking at most of the same components of the Evo except a simpler drivetrain and without the wide body panels. Wouldn't that mean this car will be close to the Evos weight? Hopefully they can keep the weight down so the performance makes this car fun to drive!

2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart snapped in parking lot {Autoblog}

Jan 9th 2008 11:16AM Looks pretty good, a nice distinctive look from the regular Lancers and GTS. It even has the Evo hood! If they price it in the mid 20's, the Ralliart should be the best trim model to buy out of the Lancer range.

REPORT: 2009 GMC Terrain to replace Pontiac Torrent in US {Autoblog}

Dec 16th 2007 5:32PM Word around my neck of the woods (Southern Ontario) is it'll be built at the Cami plant that currently builds the Equinox/Torrent in Ingersoll. Last week they talked about laying off a few hundred workers to retool the plant for an upcoming vehicle which would be announced at a later date. I would assume its this CUV.

New hardcore laws in Canada could mean end of "Ontariobahn" {Autoblog}

Oct 8th 2007 9:32PM One of the issues here is the fact that the 100km/h limit, which the article states, has been in effect since the 70's. Thats over 30 years ago and since then dozens of safety innovations on vehicles have made them safer than ever before. So why not raise the limit to 120km/h and go after the the real threats like the dangerous drivers, not 90% of the population who drive at reasonable rates, given vehicle safety and technology, that are just trying to get to and from work faster so they can spend more quality time with their families.

Pics Aplenty: Best yet 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution images {Autoblog}

Oct 6th 2007 12:02AM Ever owned a Mitsu before? Not sure if you have cause the majority of their products are just as good as any other Japanese car company. I've had a Lancer Ralliart for over 3 years without a single thing wrong with it and talked to many others with the same experience!

Canadians, get out your wallets: Buick sets pricing for Enclave {Autoblog}

Apr 11th 2007 5:34PM Even importing most cars to Canada from the US isn't worth it, they still cost more in the long run! Atleast Americans have something to be grateful for, cheaper cars and gas!
