Microsoft to buy Logitech? {Engadget}
Jan 10th 2008 3:26PM I REALLY hope this doesn't come to be. I am an admitted Logitech fanboy, but for good reason. Everything I have bought front hem has been amazing. DiNovo Edge was expensive but worth it.
I have spent more money on Logitech stuff in the past than anyone should. I have never been disappointed but this will probably bring down their build quality and development. Do you really think MS would have let Logitech develop and release the DiNovo Edge?

Hands-on with Dell's XPS 630i desktop and 16-inch concept laptop {Engadget}
Jan 7th 2008 3:36PM I guess it's all a preference thing.
BTW, how is there any more scrolling. Even at 1080p, there are only 120 pixels missing at the bottom from 1080p16:10
My primary display is my 27" HDTV @ 1360x768. I do slightly more scrolling than I'd like but if I had 1920x1080, scrolling wouldnt be an issue at all.
I watch a lot of downloaded tv shows in HD so 16:9 is good for that. But then again, it's all a preference. Everyone has theirs.

Jan 7th 2008 2:30PM 16:9 needs to take over the computer market. Unify the standards, down with 16:10! :)

Jan 7th 2008 2:26PM My thoughts exactly Chebwa. I wish everyone would go 16:9, laptop AND desktop. I wish I could get a 1080p 24" 16:9 monitor, Id give up the 120 pixels.
I'm thinking of buying the 32" 1080p Sharp Aquous but if only it had PIP :(
