Spy Shots: Pontiac G6 gets minor nose job {Autoblog}
May 30th 2008 12:12PM Bomb ... is he not entitled to his own opinion? "Wrong" ... voicing your own opinion is fine but discounting his just because yours is different is stupid. My parents owned a G6 for 2 years and never had a single problem with it other than the intermediate shaft. The dealership took care of that no problem. No paint was chipping and the interior was solid. I was recently a salesperson for a new/used GM/Chrysler dealer and we had a '07 camry in and that was the cheapest/ugliest interior I've seen. The buttons look like they came fro ma child's Fisher Price car! The G6 is by no means the best looking interior in the world, but it's sturdier and more functional than that craptastic stuff Toyota puts in their cars.

Feb 14th 2008 8:18PM I'm not a Ford person by any means, but where the hell is our version of this thing. It's a really nice looking car. Instead we get the 500Taurus crap. WTF Ford!

Nov 29th 2007 3:01PM You did read the part where it says that "even though the NUMMI plant purportedly subscribes to the "Toyota way" of manufacturing."
All GM is allowed to do with the vehicles produced there is make body adjustments and different badges. Not much they can control over those processes. It is a Toyota plant.
Lutz from Oz: Camaro "as awesome as the concept" {Autoblog}
Oct 12th 2007 6:04PM Umm...you do realize the Corvette's 436hp V-8 is rated at 28mpg hwy, which is the likely choice for the Camaro. Granted the Camaro will be heavier, I bet it'll get at least 25mpg. Besides, these aren't daily drivers. Fuel cost is less of a priority.

Sep 25th 2007 4:09PM Ok, not going to lie, I used to support this war. I think that we should have done something to prevent another 911, but 6 years later and 400 billion is enough. It's getting out of hand!
Besides all of the other rediculous spending our government continues to increase every year. We just need to fire them all and start from scratch. It's rediculous. They are all cowards that want nothing more than power and money. Our forefathers would be turning in their graves!

Where freedom rings...but tax revenue rings louder.
Here's an idea, how about instead of constantly increasing regulations, why don't our police officers enforce the laws already applied. We have sound ordinances, that's plenty.
Thank you government for finding yet another way to make us socialists without actually callling us a socialist country.

Sep 20th 2007 4:48PM The last gen Vue had a Honda transmission, not engine.
I think it's the same 3.6 as used in the Aura and the new CTS minus the direct port.
And btw, why would they make a V-6 standard on this CUV. It's supposed to compete with the CR-V and Rav-4 which or more economy based vehicles. It would make no sense to offer it V-6 only in a market that's all offering efficient I-4s.
