Nissan GT-R dynoed at 475 hp, 428 lb.-ft. of torque {Autoblog}

Dec 14th 2007 8:18PM Joe points out a good point.

Heffner and Lynch have demonstrated that turbos are not just for highway/dyno queens....but they can also be successfully used for a blazing fast 1320 sprint.

How about a Republican debate at the Detroit Auto Show? {Autoblog}

Dec 13th 2007 5:08PM Amen to that.

Being a staunch conservative, the neocons have taken this country for the worse. Bush/Cheney wasn't so bad until they invaded Iraq. We need the courage of a Reagan-era conservative, aka Ron Paul, to lead the GOP back to greatness and defeat the democrats a landslide election in November, 2008.

Mixing politics with cars should draw some very interesting attention. I'm all for it!

Wards announces "Ten Best Engines" list for 2007 {Autoblog}

Dec 13th 2007 11:28AM Why don't you try reading:

"Each engine must be available in a regular-production, U.S.-specification model on sale no later than the first quarter of 2008 in a vehicle priced no more than $54,000, a price cap indexed to the average cost of a new vehicle."

Toyota delivers pair of plug-in Prius to California universities {Autoblog}

Nov 13th 2007 12:36PM I know. Those liberal universities are so unpatriotic! Working with un-American values and peoples! Hell, just look at who their governor is.

Agree totally on the road as well. unPatriotic Japanese working on their own roads instead of American roads. What a bunch of a$$holes!

Toyota makes money in its Q2, but Tundra incentives take their toll {Autoblog}

Nov 7th 2007 3:17PM They're written by John Neff. Bona fide leader of the GM apologist crowd. What else can you expect?

Toyota makes money in its Q2, but Tundra incentives take their toll {Autoblog}

Nov 7th 2007 3:12PM As an American I find your comment to be extremely unpatriotic. If you don't like your fellow Americans (the mechanic who changes the oil on a Camry, the truck driver who delivers the parts to dealers, the assembly line workers who put tightens the lug nuts, etc. etc.) who work hard to support their families and support our economy and community ....well then you can get out you traitor.

Aussie's anti-speeding campaign causes road rage instead {Autoblog}

Nov 2nd 2007 4:42PM So this campaign suggests that men who drive fast only do so because they feel insecure about the size of their penis?

Please.

I guess everyone who drives a Hummer or a Corvette or a NSX all do so because they are genitally challenged.

There is a difference between driving fast and driving dangerously.

Man with 2.6 million-mile Volvo P1800 aims for 3 million {Autoblog}

Oct 26th 2007 2:44PM Although I have incredible respect for this man and his contribution as a teacher to our children and his passion for driving, the story becomes a bit less sensational if major systems such as the engine or the transmission has been replaced multiple times.
