Dec 11th 2006 5:10PM Dan, who cares. This is supposed to be about cars, not politics. While we're on the point though, your suggestion that he should be driving a Japanese made Toyota Yaris was pretty stupid and would constitute more of an affront to most people with any common sense. Yes, the Aspen is constructed in the U.S.

Dec 8th 2006 5:24PM Typical American crap. They can't build cars worth a damn.
Oh wait a minute..this is about an import manufacturer recall. Oh, OK, let me amend my statement; typical thoughtful import manufacturer concerned for our safety and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Why oh why can't GM think like this???

Nov 20th 2006 2:39PM #11. No, Raj, you're actually either a liar or just misinformed. Quality control from countries like India or China is simply horrendous. The only way that they produce quality is when the American companies who hire them have a strict hand in overseeing and controlling their manufacturing process. Left to their own devices, they produce utter crap.

Nov 16th 2006 3:28PM I agree with # 7. We have a mob mentality at play here that would be amusing if it wasn't so disturbing. It never fails. Any opportunity they get, the mindless American haters ooze out of the woodwork. Never mind that Cadillac now rivals Lexus in quality and easily surpasses Mercedes, the American haters will not miss an opportunity to spew their hatred.

Nov 9th 2006 11:55AM Donald, your facts are a little out of date! Buick and Cadillac both score higher than Toyota in recent JD Power 3 year quality studies, and Toyota has recently had huge numbers of recalls. Toyota's quality glitches with the Tacoma are also well documented.
Get your facts straight, Donnie!

Nov 7th 2006 6:37PM Awesome car. John's comments about butternut yellow betray his ignorance yet again though. It is a VERY popular color amongst collectors, and for good reason, as these cars carry the color off beautifully.
