May 12th 2008 6:50PM There is a world wide shortage of CF at present, with both Airbus and Boeing building new large aircraft structures (A350 & 787) almost entirely from CF there is not a lot left to go arround.
Also repairing CF is far from easy, usually needing replacement of the part in question, so from a strength and weight point of view it would be excelent for the main structure of a car, from a repair point of view its not so hot.

Apr 30th 2008 11:51AM Hope this doesnt mean we'll be seeing WRX style plastic tack stuck onto this stunning looking car. Prodrive do a nice job on the Astons though so I'm sure they'll do the same with this.

Apr 17th 2008 7:02PM I saw the Moto GP night race this year and it was strange that after the first two minutes I didnt notice any difference to a day race, other than the riders had clear visors so you could see their faces.

Apr 16th 2008 7:12PM The rear end still has that 'stuck on' look with the nasty panel gap running straight up and down but it is a big improvement on the stock arse.
I like the stock vette but the rear is especially ugly.

Spy Video: Alfa Romeo 159 GTA mule spotted at the Nurburgring {Autoblog}
Mar 27th 2008 12:00PM Alfa have had a V6 in their line up since the 70's and had been an available option in their mid size saloons since the 80's. Having owned Alfas and BMW's I can say that they drive a little differently being FWD but just as well as the Beemers and Audis (most audis are FWD too).
As a side note, when I first saw the new Lancer I thought that it looked remenicent of my 156.
