Reader Spy: Porsche Panamera on the 405 Freeway {Autoblog}
Jun 24th 2007 6:04PM Awe man, I can always trust autoblog for some sunday humor; judging a pre production car's aesthetics from a heavily disguised mule, priceless.
Replica mutt: Nissan 280Z-based Ferrari 250 GTO, with a BMW V12 {Autoblog}
Jun 24th 2007 4:55PM The article indicates they did it to be unique, and personally, I'd do a double take if i saw what i thought was a kit car with rhd.

Alfa, Citroen and Saab ready to take on the Germans {Autoblog}
Jun 24th 2007 11:34AM take on the germans... like in europe? lmao, good luck. Go glance at sales figures for german or the uk, note where alpha, citroen and gm sit, then look at Audi, BMW and Mercedes. Give me a break. It's a fun notion, but those three simply have their shit together to an extent that GM can't possibly compete (SAAB) and alpha continues to be riddled with quality issues and other compromises not seen by their german competitors. Citroen has the greatest chance of success here, but it's still small given the rate at which companies like Audi are gobbling up market share and expanding like never before. Will Citroen or Saab ever compete with cars like he RS4 or R8, cars which are all important in the brand pissing contests in europe? Doubtful.
Millen set to run Solstice GXP up Pike's Peak {Autoblog}
Jun 24th 2007 2:11AM yeah, why would u attack pike's peak with an awd car, rwd's where it's at! I'm sure he'll have no problem posting a phenomenal time, far better then anything older cars have posted... like say Walter Röhrl and his crap box awd audi 22 years ago! It's 2007 and rwd! Great things are all I anticipate!
Best looking Ferrari Dino guess yet {Autoblog}
Jun 22nd 2007 8:18PM Very nice... doesn't quite match the flair of the original... but neither do any production ferraris capture my esteem like the cars which make the rounds at pebble beach et-al.
PR event breached: MINI Clubmans caught on camera {Autoblog}
Jun 22nd 2007 8:17PM Given the whole mini deal, it's great marketing, it's fans, et-al, i'm thinking bmw isn't having any problems with these slips... and most likely is turning a blind eye.
Live from the Chrysler proving grounds: The Concepts {Autoblog}
Jun 22nd 2007 3:19PM i'd buy this over a sky, hell if chrysler built it, i'd buy a chrysler, crazy :)... Now build it, keep it light, and give it more then 200hp in blown 4 form.
New Ferrari Dino tipped to be at Frankfurt Auto Show {Autoblog}
Jun 21st 2007 3:24PM I'm still confused too, why would ferrari go after porsche and audi (the r8 is now a part of the 911 vocabulary as a natural competitor). The amount of billionaires in the world just keep increasing, and with all the merchandising ferrari does, it's not like they're hurting for money.
That said, the Dino is one of my all time favorite cars, ever.
