Jul 27th 2007 1:30PM Great pictures - as always. I live just north of Boston and would have loved to take the drive up there last weekend if I had know about it. Do you think in the future you guys could start putting up a calendar of upcoming car shows? Maybe once a week during the summer months and less often during the winter? I'm sure I'm not the only one who could benefit from it. Thanks guys and keep it up.

Jul 17th 2007 3:49PM To everyone who is amazed at the fact that these car companies are in it for the money... wake up and smell the roses. Of course they are all in it for the money.. thats business. Whenever a car isn't made from a concept its because there wasn't a business case for it...i.e. they wouldn't make money. Theres one reason they are all in the game and that's to make money.

Damn... rear wheel drive..v-8.. dashing good looks.. an interior (at least on the show car) thats looks competitive if not better than the competition... this car has a lot going for it. So let it come out and go test drive it before you bash it to smithereens.

May 13th 2007 3:08PM @Phil - I think you hit the nail on the head right there. Ford shouldn't be mkaing the Explorer into just another people mover. It has been around for so long as an SUV it needs to stay that way.
Making it into an FJ/Wrangler/H4 competeitor is what needs to happen. Ford tries to hard to appeal to everybody with every product and they come up short all to often.
By focusing certain products to certain niches they will have a better lineup and better sales because of it.
So Ford: enough with the people movers!! We need more fun cars that AREN'T a new rendition of the Mustang
