Jun 10th 2007 11:00PM Actually I just bought my daughter a Camry SE (3.5 v6, 6A) for 27,5K including options and accessories; a similarly equipped Aura XR that we tested was a couple of hundred dollars more expensive but did come with some rather impressive leather seats and a 1 year OnStar subscription.
Reason for opting for the Camry: better resale, and a very spunky V6; form your own opinion by testing the Aura V6 and Camry V6 back to back; it's like night and day; the Camry is so much more responsive and agile while the Aura just doesn't deliver the same performance.

"We could get better fuel economy and better performance from other vehicles, but could we do it for less than $23,070? Well, actually, yeah, we could. How about a four-cylinder Honda Accord or Nissan Altima?"
The car is clearly lethargic, and ridiculously heavy for the power plant they provide.
If you're looking for compromise between performance and economy, why not buy a Accord SE:

I agree, despite its supreme handing and terrific biturbo, the 335 coupe is a bit boring to look at...
I wonder, would you pick the A5 over either of these two, i.e. the G37 and 335...
