People did complain about Chrysler sale to MB by the way... Having an owner that also builds MB's is a lot different than having an owner whom you never heard of in your daily life...

Better (and cheaper) solution is to get one made for original Mini's, it works great with locking floormats in the Elise/Exige: http://new.minimania.com/web/Item/NMI4103/InvDetail.cfm .
