Oct 31st 2006 11:31PM The regular Saab 9-7X isn't a great SUV, but this concept looks beautiful. I love the rims, they're definitely born from jets. I think this is a great improvement over the current model and I hope Saab finds a way to incorporate these design themes into the 9-7X. Maybe with these improvements, buyers will be able to forgive the fact that this Saab is actually born from a Chevy Trailblazer.
Mazda CX-9 production begins {Autoblog}
Oct 30th 2006 5:49PM I love Mazda's styling but the front ends of the CX7 and this new CX9 don't look so good. It should be a great seller for Mazda though and its got good competition in GM's three minivans. I wonder what the pricing's going to be, it will probably be in the outlook's price range. One of the things I'd like to see in this CUV is a better way to get into the third row (like the Outlooks middle row). I'd also like to see it built on this side of the pacific... but that doesn't really matter to buyers. Overall it looks like a nice CUV.
