Mar 21st 2008 10:35AM Have any of you driven the H3? The inline 5 has more power 242hp and more torque 242lb than the Explorer and Grand Cherokee who offer V6's? Would a more powerfull motor be nice.....sure, but the current motor is fine for an entry motor choice. At just over $30,000 the H3 with it's 4/50,000 warrenty OnStar and 4 wheel drive...is a freakin steal!!!!!!!

I can not see anyone seriously spending mid 50's to mid 60's for this. Did BMW do any research? Should be a nice used car in a few years. I will not be the first owner......I mean first Sucker.....to own it.

Feb 21st 2008 2:57PM Be aware of people who comment and have no idea what they are talking about! The Hummer is NOT on the Tahoe/Yukon platform. It is a modified frame......front is Suburban back is Tahoe.......and then widened. Bottom line it is longer and wider than a Tahoe but a shorter vechicle........not counting the rear spare! The H2 is an Awesome vechicle........is a mass car like a Camry.......of course not. It is one hell of a off road SUV and an even better day to day driver. if you want a solid vehicle which is safe/luxurious/quit and a great value.........then pick one up. If you want a to and from car..no frills no bells...a boring ride, but gets you back and forth .....get a freakin Camry. Either way...........It's your personal choice!!!!!!!!!!
