Mar 28th 2006 8:31AM I think your use of WAN in this title is misleading. When most people think of a WAN they think of Wide Area Network, which is not what I think you were going for.

Mar 20th 2006 10:42AM I use the CR rating info as just one piece of information that I use to form an opinion about a car/brand. I appreciate their quantitative information, but their qualitative stuff can be off the wall sometimes.
If I want to get a feel for the spirit of a car, trust me, I'm not going to be getting that from CR. On the other hand, if I have an interest in reliability, re-sale value, or consumer satisfaction, CR is a great resource.
