Jan 18th 2008 12:25PM Does this mean the Saturn Vue is going to replace the Trailblazer as GM's platform whore?

Dec 17th 2007 4:48PM Whats with the bright red plastic on the interior? Is this one of those RED branded products like the iPod nano or the GAP sells?

New Mercedes E-Class coming this September {Autoblog}

Dec 16th 2007 1:46PM What's the "price" I receive?

If you could strain your brain to look past the three-pointed star, you'd see the obvious similarities between the new E and the Lexus GS at least from the front.

Everyone copies everyone else's good (and sometimes bad) ideas. Deal with it.

New Mercedes E-Class coming this September {Autoblog}

Dec 16th 2007 11:49AM So...from the looks of the drawing, in response to the Lexus GS cribbing from the E, Mercedes has made the E look more like the GS.

...wonderful.

Dec 13th 2007 11:12AM Looks like someone sat on the hood a Range Rover.

Nice interior, though.

BMW to get new torque vectoring rear-axle {Autoblog}

Dec 7th 2007 1:21AM I'm not saying BMW is infringing anything, but they aren't the technology leaders. They even revamped their AWD system after Infiniti came out with ATTESA E-TS. Be nice if they didn't make it so damn complicated though.

MIKE: I don't know what you mean by "3 wheel drive" but you're right about Nissan having it first. Acura just launched it in the US before they could.

Dec 6th 2007 10:16AM Acura called. They want their idea back.

In depth: Acura's 2.3L turbocharged I-4 engine {Autoblog}

Nov 22nd 2007 11:52PM The article makes a glaring error. While complaining about the lack torque, it says the RDX makes more torque than any other vehicle in Acura's lineup. Odd that the MDX is listed at 275 lb/ft then, isn't it?

The RDX engine is a nice one. It may not have outrageous stats, but it is solid. While I wouldn't claim it can beat a WRX, it is faster than many cars, including the BMW X3.

Lutz says Volt production by end of 2010 {Autoblog}

Nov 21st 2007 7:03PM Bob Lutz has a habit of talking out of his ass.

I doubt GM will be able to do this *right* till the 2012 model year.

Officially Official: VW Scirocco a no-go in the U.S. {Autoblog}

Nov 20th 2007 5:26PM Obviously, VW has every intention of continuing to fail in an epic manner within the US market.

The VW brand once known for fun, affordable, reliable cars is so lost, I sometimes doubt it's the same company.

The Scirocco, a relatively affordable, fun car would have been a hit in the US with an efficient engine. Instead we get a luxo-barge that pales in every comparison to the superior A8. Why not let the luxury brand worry about the luxury cars?
