Dyson NOT developing solar-powered electric car {Autoblog}

Jun 26th 2008 8:00PM This is a car forum, so let's compare the Dyson to what kind of car it would be....hmmm
probably a flaming yellow Chevy Cobalt...no. I've got it...a flaming yellow Volkswagen GTI. Why? Because both have substandard warranties, break easily, yet look good (although the Dyson looks are subjective). Also, we VW owners love our cars even though they really aren't as reliable as Japanese or American counterparts.
I thought about a Dyson, but then found out that they also made the Fantom vac nightmare, and the reliability hasn't improved much if any. I went with a Miele vacuum that picks up just as much, yet retains 99.9% of pollutants. The Dyson doesn't come close to that. Sure, I have to use bags, but they are so easy to switch out.

Jeep drops price of 2008 Liberty to $20,990 {Autoblog}

Jul 19th 2007 3:16PM Same as a 2CV? So it is reliable if not basic and utilitarian. My 2CV is more fun than any "modern" car, and also appreciating in value rather quickly. The Jeep could be so lucky.

Citroen 2CV ala Picasso {Autoblog}

Jun 29th 2007 6:50PM You don't have to live in the UK to drive one. I live in Michigan and i'm on my second 2CV. Sure, it's not safe like a Volvo, but it's also much more noticeable than anything else. That gives it a unique type of safety. V-8? palease..give me a flat-twin. :)

Best Bond chase vehicle a Citroen 2CV? {Autoblog}

Oct 13th 2006 3:54PM As an American owner of one, there really is nothing like a 2CV. Beetle? Heck no. Completely lacking in character compared to a 2CV.
