Aug 15th 2007 2:34AM Well yes, in the U.S. all these comments are relevant. But remember this website is seen the world over and the same criteria don't necessarily apply everywhere. Where I live (a S.E. Asian ex-US colony), the /ONLY/ reason you get pulled over is for cash. The saving grace is that the vehicle registration system is so disorganised that you can leave them standing on the kerbside knowing that they will never go to bother of tracing your address. Speeding, fortunately, is not one of the likely reasons for being apprehended as there are almost no speed limits here!
