Aug 2nd 2008 7:17PM Hey, I sent you guys pics of a Kia re-branded to a Mercedes and you didn't even use them!

Jun 20th 2008 8:07AM In Charlotte, the police are doing their part to conserve fuel. I see them blow through stop signs regularly.

May 11th 2008 1:28PM Hyundai owns Kia. Forgot about that little fact.
Is Hyundai targeting Texas for a new manufacturing plant? {Autoblog}
May 11th 2008 12:56PM Huh?
The West Point, GA plant is a Kia plant, if I'm not mistaken. At least it was the last time I drove by the site. Hyundai does have a plant in AL, near Montgomery.

Jul 24th 2007 9:01PM Caffeine does not work on me. At all. If I'm sleepy I stop and nap, even if just for 10 minutes, it makes a huge difference.
Most of the time I am alone (I'm in sales), another sure-fire way to get awake and stay that way is to talk to someone on the phone.
Almost running off the road or hitting a wall from nodding off wakes you up pretty well, too, but not such a good idea.
Cruel, sick joke: Bentley Continental badged as a Hyundai {Autoblog}
Jul 5th 2007 7:33PM Well I saw a Kia badged as a Mercedes once, so I guess it's not that far-fetched.
But then again, that was in Calhoun, Georgia.

I can't be on a call inside my house INSIDE Charlotte city limits without it breaking up.
They need to go back to the basics. I know better coverage and quality doesn't make as much money for them as games, ringtones, mp-3's. streaming video or whatever, but some of us depend on our phone for our livelihood. VZW, as do all of them, need to understand that.

Feb 17th 2007 7:40PM Here in Charlotte, I have seen, on a number of occaissions, police officers watch a car run a red light and do nothing about it.
I was behind a Char-Meck police officer one time for a couple of miles. He drove through (not just rolled) several stop signs and did not use his turn signals once.
It seems that some police officers think they are above the law and sympathize with other drivers who think they are, too.
Remote start, kiss my gas - a better way to warm up {Autoblog}
Feb 17th 2007 6:52PM To me, it doesn't make sense that, if an engine is designed to run at a certain temperature, you would unnecessarily load it up by driving it at lower temperatures than that.
The 'excess gas' thing was addressed by Tom and Ray:
