Toyota Alphard gets facelift, Vellfire sibling {Autoblog}
May 13th 2008 5:22PM Nice, the front end of the purple one reminds me of a newer astro van. But seriously, these prove that you don't need big ground clearance to have large interior space or relatively sporty looks (for a people mover).
APS builds 557 hp twin-turbo setup for Pontiac G8 GT {Autoblog}
May 12th 2008 8:18PM Very impressive for a low boost conservative setup. And just to be devil's advocate, I think the Holden HSV and Vauxhall VXR grills are a good bit uglier than the Pontiac one (although I don't mind the normal Holden grill). My fav is the Chevy Lumina front end that they get over in the Middle East or somewhere over there.

May 12th 2008 8:11PM Damn if the new camaro wasn't coming out, I'd have a black R/T on the way. Only I'd have to put the wheels from the blue SE model pic on it, they're just the right size for the tire.
And for those of you complaining about the weight, you do realize that its supposed to have a little more interior room than say a mustang, right?

May 12th 2008 4:26PM I'd have no problem with a diesel option, but there should probably also be a lower initial cost option.
But regardless, Ford, just update it!

May 12th 2008 1:39PM Dear Ford: There's a great market in small pickups. Update the friggen Ranger and screw the mid-size 9/10 scale crap. The ranger sells pretty decent and its old as hell, just update the drivetrains and interior and I'll buy one asap.
The ranger 4 cyl. 5-speed already gets best best in class mpg, imagine what it would do with a newer 4 banger.

May 12th 2008 10:38AM What up with the lift kit? I don't get why, in order to get some interior space, you have to sit way up in the air, hurting handling, aerodynamics, and the looks IMO.

May 12th 2008 10:32AM Not bad, although I don't really like the wheels or the Holden grill. Would be awesome with the chevy front end and some real muscle car wheels.

May 11th 2008 11:39AM That was a real winner of a comment. You obviously live off of stereotypes.
If the viper's engine is "low tech", then there must be nothing wrong with low tech.
