Lotus donates Exige to Aussie police department {Autoblog}

Feb 16th 2007 2:28PM Don't know about the rest of you, but most of the traffic cops I've seen could not get out of an Exige, even if they'd been able to get in.

Chicago Auto Show: 2008 Toyota Highlander revealed {Autoblog}

Feb 7th 2007 2:05PM Exhaust through bumpers???

Check the photos closer. The holes in the bumpers appear to be recessed reflectors.

Happy 60th: Ferrari building 60 individually unique 612 Scagliettis {Autoblog}

Jan 30th 2007 10:21AM I really don't care. Ferrari seems to make cars that are targeted to people with lots of money and "pimp" taste. This is another example.

How about building a real enthusiast's car that would be reasonably affordable; a stripped down, mid-engined, non-aspirated V-8? Sort of a "Boxster" Ferrari.

Enough of these Euro-pimp machines.

Make it stop! The Bobbleheads are dead, but Jeep advertising still sucks {Autoblog}

Jan 29th 2007 5:19PM Rank this one just below the "Dr. Z" commercials.

Jack Roush declares war on Toyota in NASCAR {Autoblog}

Jan 25th 2007 3:23PM Roush is an idiot. Why doesn't he object to the German-owned entries (Dodge)?

eBay Find of the Day: 1988 Citroën CX {Autoblog}

Jan 25th 2007 12:49PM Great, great car. I remember hiring one in France in the mid 80's and cruising along at 150 kph, floating like you were on a cloud. And though the cruising ride was, well, "slushy", it was pretty quick through the twisty bits, too.

GT, phone home: Vertu releases two more race track phones {Autoblog}

Nov 1st 2006 7:48AM Let's see . . . most people keep phones no more than two years, since every phone company will give you one for free every two years, so at $6,400, I'm paying (again, assuming I keep it two years) an extra $267 a month for the privilege of carrying this little status symbol around . . . have I got it right?

Or for my $267 a month, I could buy a three-year old Toyota Camry . . .

Tough decision, unless you're Paris Hilton.

SEMA: Foose P-32 Hot Rod {Autoblog}

Nov 1st 2006 7:27AM #1 & 2, how old are you guys? If you aren't old enough to remember when street rods were common and very basic (cheap, backyard specials), you have no frickin clue what Foose has captured with this one.

F1 Championship tied in Red China {Autoblog}

Oct 2nd 2006 7:55AM In a day and time when there are satellite and cable channels that broadcast every pro hockey, football, basketball and baseball game, and multiple in-car channels of NASCAR races, F1 is dead.

If anyone really cared, every F1 race would be broadcast live.
