Jul 24th 2008 4:39PM No, you didn't. You could not have had a tire that does not exist on your tC. There's no such thing as a Bridgestone RE092/RE092a. If you drop the "0", you get a real tire, and the one that came on your tC. However, RE92 does not equal the mythical RE092. I hope Autoblog corrects their mistake.

Jul 24th 2008 2:17PM It's a metaphor. They didn't say, "and the fastest production car around" or anything like that. Don't freak out every time someone says something good about a different car. The post is to talk up the GT-R and decry the notion of a convertible.
This isn't a GT-R vs ZR1 comparo/flamewar, so don't make it one. And for what it's worth, the GT-R V-spec is the ZR1 competitor, and it will have more power and lighter weight than the current GT-R...that said, I'd take a Z06 over either. Forced induction isn't my thing.
