Oct 27th 2007 1:07AM Michael Caddell of Caddell and Chapman is co-lead counsel for the Plaintiffs in the nationwide consolidated litigation against Ford related to multiple recalls of Ford vehicles due to potentially dangerous cruise control switches. While Ford has advised millions of its customers to immediately disconnect their cruise control switches due to safety concerns, Ford has been unable to provide many of its customers with replacement switches for extended periods. Just recently Ford announced that parts used to fix 1.25 million passenger cars were not yet available.
oh i heard the people who were dontaing the money from ford left there cruise control on and couldn't stop the car and crashed with the cash which was splattered all over the street did you hear David? there was also a break malfuncation at the scene technicians couldn't do anything because of all the parts ford doesn't have available
On a side note it's great to see these companies donate keep up the good work!!
