Sep 15th 2007 12:00PM This actually looks better then the Eclipse. It has a roofline cues of the TT, and the bug-like structure of the Eclipse. I think this would do well here in the State.
Frankfurt 2007: The new Mazda6 brings sexy back to the midsize market {Autoblog}
Sep 11th 2007 10:43AM Wow, that looks really good. It looks like the current gen ES350 (not a bad thing as Acidic pointed out). I think the current gen 6 is too boring and ordinary (while it does look a little more exciting then any Accord). Now on to the big question... how much?
BMW becomes world's biggest-selling premium automaker {Autoblog}
Sep 10th 2007 11:23AM To the first comment about Lexus, you got to hand it to Toyota. Those guys (or gals) know how to market to Americans. Lexus is basically a Toyota with luxury items and marked up price. For years now, Lexus cars were sold in Japan as Toyota's (Up until recently...). But us American's just don't seem to care. Lexus is a hot brand here in the US. You can't blame them.. Since Lexus is just a dressed up Toyota, they have excellent reliablity and very good resale value.
However, you just simply can't beat a German luxury car (i'm talking about BMW). The handling, the style, the fit and finish. While other brands are coming on up, BMW will still hold the crown to which all manufactures try to chase.

Mitsubishi bringing i MIEV Sport, Concept-ZT to Tokyo {Autoblog}
Sep 7th 2007 11:13AM ZT look sharp. Better then any sedan on Mitsu's current line up. The body cues from the Benz S, and cues from Audi's front teeth. If Mitsu can bring this over here, that could help them with their current US sales slump. Also redesign the current gen Eclipse. The thing looks like a lima bean on wheels.
Audi announces U.S. pricing on new A5 and S5 models {Autoblog}
Sep 6th 2007 4:59PM The pricing of the AWD A5 is about right. The 328xi (You have to compate the A5 to an AWD BMW as the A5 is AWD) is about 41k. If Audi really wanted to compete and take some significant marketshare away from BMW, they could release a RWD A5. That would really make things interesting.
The A5 (S5 included) looks stunning. The S5 is priced about right (When the 335xi comes out, it will probably be about $48k-49k). Audi has done a good job on pricing the new 5 models.

Sep 5th 2007 7:31PM Looks okay. Its basically a C class sedan with 2 doors. The front Benz nose that we've been seeing is no different on this one. Even though it looks to be a little more "swoopy" like all of the lines has transformed into, it does have a very elegant look to them. Much more classy looking then the 3-series coupes. Lets see what engine they plop into one of these. With Audi releasing there A5 next year, its going to be an interesting year for the German coupes.
BMW 1-Series coupe Euro-pricing slips, foretells U.S. MSRP? {Autoblog}
Sep 5th 2007 5:26PM Way too expensive for the 1-series. For the price of 35k you can get other alternatives (G37, IS250 or 328i). I understand it has twin turbo and can probably our run its bigger brother the 335i, but the point is its a 1-series. BMW should remove some of the options to get the price a little lower. I think asking for $28 is the maximum.

Sep 5th 2007 2:47PM Whew... i'm glad its not the "real" Taurus SHO. Ford should have kept the Taurus and its aka 500 on the chopping block.
