iPhone users can now drop data plan, save $20 per month {Engadget}
Nov 16th 2007 1:41PM I think it's cool. The iPhone is a nice web devise and it's an iPod (but not as good as a Classic IMO). When the apps really pick up it will be a great tool to get things done. The lack of visual voicemail and $400 price still isn't enough to make me switch, but it's getting closer.
Hyundai Coupe fully undisguised! {Autoblog}
Nov 8th 2007 1:58PM I'm no Hyundai fan, but this car is very promising already. RWD, turbo, and low price. How can you argue with that? This could be the rebirth of the Silvia. Toyota and Nissan should be ashamed that they let Hyundai beat them to the punch.
SEMA 2007: 2009 Toyota Corolla debuts! {Autoblog}
Oct 31st 2007 1:14PM I can't believe it took them that long to introduce this. This concept looks nice, but if the Aussie version is what we get, it's the same old Corolla. Oh well, there's always Scion.
Brand new VW R32 catches on fire {Autoblog}
Oct 19th 2007 1:38PM That's one hot hatch!
(can't believe noone else said it)
Ford straddles party lines, declares Escape Hybrid "The Candidate's Choice" {Autoblog}
Sep 26th 2007 1:06PM Didn't Obama get an Escape hybrid after word got out that her owned a V8 300C? I don't know if there's a point though. How much time would a candidate really spend driving themself?
Chrysler may sell or close Mopar {Autoblog}
Aug 29th 2007 1:23PM If they were to sell it all off it might still work. Mugen is isn't owned by Honda, yet they still make stuff you can get at a dealership.
Rumormill: New Fast and Furious movie on the way? {Autoblog}
Aug 27th 2007 1:34PM You guys rave about a movie with cars turning into robots but bash this because it isn't realistic. I know it's not going to be dead-on, but I also remember that it's just a movie. Sit back and enjoy the show.
'Ring-spotting: BMW M3 look-a-like receives V10 transplant {Autoblog}
Aug 16th 2007 4:08PM It just seems more likely to me that it is an M3 but they needed to use a different gauge cluster to get the transmission to work correctly.
'Ring-spotting: BMW M3 look-a-like receives V10 transplant {Autoblog}
Aug 16th 2007 1:26PM I'm confused. How did they get their hands on M3 body panels? It's even got a CF roof. It's amazing how clean the engine install looks. I can just image how an M3 CSL with that engine would dominate.
Spy Shots: Ferrari Dino caught! {Autoblog}
Aug 15th 2007 3:16PM Maybe they're not trying to make a cheap Ferrari, but instead they're just trying to make a smaller Ferrari. there's a lot to be said for the smaller, more tossable sports cars. Then it wouldn't be a cheap car. Just less car (size) for less money, but still a Ferrari.
