Mar 4th 2008 3:47PM I've been dreaming of this car all day. Why the heck make the R8 if it's not going to be a diesel? This car is what Audi needs to tie into their racing success.
That being said, i like the orange-red of the previous renderings much better. And the roof scoop makes me so happy.

This was my first live ALMS race, and I have to say it was the best motor sport event I've ever been to. I hope this series continues to grow and gain manufacturers, drivers and sponsors.

With all the press that killer stunt accidents have generated recently (think monster truck plows into crowd), any idiot who would pilot that monster on a public street with no helmet and no safety barriers deserves everything he gets.
I'm glad he's going to be ok, but I think he should get all kinds of hell for being so reckless.
