Autoblog Podcast #102 {Autoblog}
Jul 25th 2008 3:18PM I don't think I'm the only single autoblogger, but thanks for noticing boys. And thanks for stirring things up on the homefront. Figures this would be the only podcast she's ever listened to. Besides trying to appease the bread lady, I'm also looking at Help Wanted ads as we speak. :(

Mazda2 5-door spotted in California {Autoblog}
May 25th 2008 11:55AM Just noting that people were walking right past the Focus but somehow managed to notice (and linger to admire) this Mazda amidst the Ferraris, Lotuses and Porsches. The Focus is a fine car too, but on looks alone, this would win hands down.
Autoblog Podcast #94 {Autoblog}
May 22nd 2008 7:07PM Good job guys, especially on the technical stuff. For the $19K question, I'm voting for the Mazda3. The fact that I own a Mazda5 has nothing to do with it. Next time we should feature the SoCal bloggers! :D
ALMS at Long Beach {Autoblog}
Apr 22nd 2008 10:12PM As much as I love the Astons, the GT2 car is still a bit of a backmarker, fighting for last with the Viper, Ford GTR, and privateer 'Vette. Still deserves a pic in the gallery I suppose.

Ford GTX1 production comes to an end {Autoblog}
Jan 7th 2008 4:42PM The ironic thing about these is that they are based on a genuine Ford racer from the '60s, just like the original GT40 spawned the GT. It was a Sebring special, iirc. Ford commissioned this GTX1 as a concept and never followed through. If Ford had given it the greenlight, it might have actually been built at the same shop where it is produced today, guaranteeing higher resale down the road. The best part about these is that they actually make the GT usable as a daily driver because you don't have to take up three parking spots to open the doors wide enough to get in and out. Although Mark's estimated production was ridiculously high from the get-go, it is a great improvement to an already cool car.
