Sep 10th 2007 8:28PM The amount of $420,000 per quarter is about 3 times too high. I wish it was that high but it is not. What is ironic is the score is 100% 75% 50%. So it is a true pass fail system. I see nothing wrong with asking someone to answer completely satisfied if they are. If they are not why did they buy the car? Always wondered about that one. Also gotta love the customer who tells you no matter what you do I never give completely satisfied. As to vehicles that are out of warranty there is no survey sent. The General does not give a damn about your cash business with the dealer only the warranty. By the way in order to receive this "bonus" money you first have to pay and entry fee of $40,000. With no guarantee that you will hit your satisfaction mark and your sales mark. In order to get the $120,000 per quarter you must sell 5% more than you did in the previous quarter of the past year. So there a a lot of GM dealers selling 5% more than past years...right. You all know the reality that the sales are down. So the real world on this money is first you have to the sales then the CSI. With out one you cannot have the bonus. And darn few dealers are hitting the mark.

Jan 20th 2007 3:53PM Yes the this person who bought the car is the highest bidder in the world. Does that make him the smartest or the richest? I would not have payed that much for that car. But what does that mean? That car means nothing to me. But to the bidder it was a $2,000,000 car. Now this owner must answer the $2,000,000 question did he make a good purchase or is he the peak of the market? Time will tell.
