I would rather have kept my $100 HD DVD player and still gotten Universal and Paramont HD movies then wait for bd to lower its prices.
As I wait for infinity to post more info on the spurs engine.. i have to point out I have watched some HD movies from the cable company and am starting to think HD VOD might be the future.

Aug 27th 2008 7:34AM Part of the problem is this isn't really the 1st episode of season 2.. due to the strike the first 3 or 4 episodes of season 2 were added to season 1.

Aug 20th 2008 7:38AM Wait...this isn't the super upscaler infinity talks about? Then why bother? If this is $150 then the spurs is probably $200 suggested retail and that is probably too much. This holiday season is going to suck in terms of HD movies.

Aug 18th 2008 2:58AM Since the suggested retail price is $149... I take it we will be able to get it for around $120? I need to see a dvd player, the xde and a blue ray running side by side... but $120 vs about $350 for a 2.0 bd player and I go $120 XDE while waiting for bd to get affordable.

Aug 15th 2008 1:28AM It's become part of labor day weekend.. I remember when I was young and i got to stay up late and sometimes would get to sleep in living room and watch/sleep all night.
The money goes to more then cure research..it buys equipment for those that can't afford it..I think there are camps..it has been a while since i get to watch.. working late nights and overnight now.
