Carmakers struggle to keep up with demand for small cars {Autoblog Green}
Jul 3rd 2008 7:31AM And yet VW decides to sell a rebadged Chrysler minivan rather than bring one (or more) of their small cars over here. Great choice VW.

Volkswagen Golf Mk VI not U.S.-bound? {Autoblog}
Jun 15th 2008 2:42PM I must say I am not overly concerned with no Golf VI for the U.S. market. I am hoping this will mean that the Polo or another small car will be used to fill the small hatch slot (especially since the Gold keeps getting bigger, a smaller car would be welcome with open arms).
Hey VW, I have an even better idea. Why don't you get all the tooling equipment back from South Africa that you sent over there after Westmoreland was shut down. You can start selling "new" MK I's again. I bet that would be a hot seller and would make some profit since the production stuff has long since paid for itself, you can even sall it the Golf City just like in South Africa.
Winners and losers in the age of $4+/gallon gasoline {Autoblog Green}
May 19th 2008 7:33AM Loser: VW for not selling their small cars here. WTF are they waiting for??
Spy Shots: Ford Fiesta Sedan snapped {Autoblog}
Apr 24th 2008 7:06PM No, I can not see through the Camo, but since Ford has displayed the new Fiesta 3 door, I am 100% sure it is uglier than the current Fiesta by quite a bit. I'll take a current Fiesta ST over anything in Ford's product line.
Spy Shots: Ford Fiesta Sedan snapped {Autoblog}
Apr 24th 2008 6:49PM They are definitely going way down hill with the styling on this one. The current Euro Fiesta is a fantastic looking car, way to mess up a good thing Ford.
Ford releases specs on new FPV Falcons {Autoblog}
Apr 14th 2008 11:17AM I find it amusing that the ONLY ford products I would consider owning are not sold here in the states. Ford, WAKE UP!!!
VW Rabbit is the new top-researched car on Gaywheels.com {Autoblog}
Apr 10th 2008 2:11PM My point is that a lot of guys need to feel macho and can't bring themselves to drive a vehicle that doesn't fit that mold.
I myself am not gay, and I don't feel a need to define myself by what type of vehicle I drive, thus I would just buy what I like and not based on what other people think.
VW Rabbit is the new top-researched car on Gaywheels.com {Autoblog}
Apr 10th 2008 11:55AM There is an obvious reason for the results on gaywheels.com. Most straight males need to show off their manhood through some sort of penis extension (usually in the shape of a "manly" vehicle). Gay men don't have this inferiority complex, thus they are economical shoppers instead.
Your daily update on record oil prices: $110 per barrel {Autoblog Green}
Mar 13th 2008 8:05AM I hope prices for oil and gas keep going up. If gas gets over $4.00 a gallon, more people will want small cars. Then hopefully some of the excellent small cars sold elsewhere in the world will make their way to the states.
