Oct 2nd 2008 6:12PM Still one of the ugliest Ferrari's in the past 40-years!

Sep 20th 2008 12:18PM You guys who mourn the way cars used to look had better get in step with where design is going. New trends are surfacing, and new directions are being explored for the way cars in the next decade will look. These trends - you're all hating - are what's going to populate the roads sooner than you think!
Acura 2+1 design study takes superman shield to next level {Autoblog}
Sep 20th 2008 12:03PM It's fantastic! Toyota started this trend of shapes-into-shapes design (Lamborghini picked up on it with the restyling of the Gallardo's endcaps) and now Acura has taken it to the extreme . . . but very well done. There's a freshness in this concept car, an expressiveness that's exceptional with clever use of clear panels - from the front of the hood to the rear window - that's remarkable. An excellent design!

Aug 13th 2008 7:09PM I'm blessed so much . . . a friend of mine has a 1967 Miura in pristine condition (it was the Monaco pace car in '67), and I get to see it often. And oh(!), what a sound the V12 makes!!!
Inside Line picks top ten cars to be auctioned in Monterey {Autoblog}
Aug 10th 2008 10:17AM I wish I had the money to attend (and bid!). A friend of mine has a 1967 Lamborghini Miura and I would love to have the SV that's going on the block this weekend. I hope whoever gets the car will treasure what a fine car a Miura is and appreciate the joy of its performance.
2009 Acura TL fully revealed {Autoblog}
Aug 9th 2008 10:54AM I like the car . . . a lot. Of course, I'm a Honda-phile (I own a gen-5 Prelude). It's different, distinctive, despite the BMW kink of the C-pillar, but at least this car doesn't look like everything else in its class. I'm alone in this - I know - but I like the grille 'shield'. It's a new look for Acura, but it's immediately recognizable AS an Acura now.
VW planning new Golf GTI and R variant {Autoblog}
Aug 7th 2008 12:43PM tankd0g... Speaking of turbos, I had a turbo 4-cyl. car and hated it. The tepid performance of the base engine was a drag until the turbo kicked in, and then I had to deal with the rush. And if the rpms fell, then it was the same routine all over again for second gear, etc. I swore I'd never own another turbo...unless it was attached to a basically powerful V6 or V8, then turbo-lag wouldn't matter. Problem is, I can't afford a Nissan GTR or similar.

Aug 7th 2008 12:12PM I don't say "...yes please". I say no thank you, don't bother VW. Instead, send us the Scirocco in place of a GTI version of the Golf...please.
Volkswagen considers joining World Rally Championship {Autoblog}
Aug 6th 2008 7:13PM I have a better idea VW . . . why don't you join the U.S. market by importing the stock Scirocco for those of us who want one?

Aug 6th 2008 5:43PM I'd love to see this thing in a demolition derby. Maybe a few hits would improve its looks!
