Rendered Speculation: Honda NSX without zebra camouflage {Autoblog}
Jun 28th 2008 9:19PM So by your logic, a manual Honda fit should be faster than an automatic Corvette?
There's a lot more to speed than the transmission. Audi's DSG for example, is quicker than the manual they offer. We also don't know the 0-60 or 1/4 mile times of the ZR-1, just a track time. Wait for the GT-R Spec-V, that's the one that competes with the ZR-1.

Jun 27th 2008 12:25PM Close, but I still think the GT-R spec-V is doing better in its development.

May 12th 2008 12:41PM Anyone who compares a roadster to a AWD sedan deserves to have their license revoked. The S2000 is a great roadster, and it offers a more engaging alternative to a Miata or a Solstice.
My point is that reducing power for the S4 is the wrong way to go, and I prefer naturally aspirated engines.

May 12th 2008 10:17AM If, in fact, the next S4 only has 286 horsepower, I'll be very dissapointed. High output has never been an Audi strongpoint, but the 3.5L mill in the Acura TL-S puts out the same horsepower without supercharging, and will probably get better gas mileage. Torque looks nice, but with a heavy, AWD car more power would be better.

May 5th 2008 3:55PM Great! I can't wait to browse the internet with iDrive!
For a company that makes that "Ultimate Driving Machine" BMW sure has forgotten about the "driving" part.
