Give me a break with that nonsense buddy.
First Drive: 2009 Kia Borrego {Autoblog}
Jul 21st 2008 3:51PM Good point!!
And correct me if I'm wrong but BOF midsize SUVs (Trailblazer, Explorer, Pathfinder and 4Runner) haven't been runaway sales successes for a while. Why Hyundai/Kia thought it was a good idea to get into a fledgling market like this beats the hell out of me.
And comparing this thing to the Lexus RX??? I think that is going to do a lot more harm than good.
Ford brings 2010 Mustang out to play at Road America {Autoblog}
Jul 20th 2008 10:48PM LOL @ the comments about how aerodynamic the new 'stang is.....even more so about the comments on how crappy it will be.
Love how people bash things around here, without having a clue in terms of what they are talking about.
2010 Chevrolet Camaro revealed! {Autoblog}
Jul 18th 2008 3:51PM And of course this is going to outclass the current Mustang. It's an all new car, duh!
How about waiting to see what Ford has in store with the next gen, before making silly comments.
2010 Chevrolet Camaro revealed! {Autoblog}
Jul 18th 2008 2:43PM As is, I'd take the Camaro over the Mustang and Challenger. Great powertrain options, and the guts seem to be there to take on some of the best sports cars out there.
Retro or not, the interior comes across as disjointed and not very functional. Yes, those gauges are nice but I don't give a damn about keeping the passenger entertained....thus they need to be moved.
Chrysler may nix top-of-the-line Avenger, Sebring {Autoblog}
Jul 18th 2008 1:33PM Well all of these things don't happen over night. The issues with Chrysler's product lineup have been evident for quite sometime.
Thank you Daimler!!!
Screw trim re-alignments. How about a 5 or 6 speed auto with the 4 cylinder?
In the Autoblog Garage: 2009 Ford Flex Limited [w/VIDEO] {Autoblog}
Jul 18th 2008 12:58PM I seriously question whether folks that post on Autoblog feel as if Ford products (including Lincoln) should be sold at a considerable discount over their competition. One could easily get their hands on a FWD Flex Limited with NAV @ 38K.....and that's a fairly loaded model. Other variants can be obtained for a lot less (especially if you don't need leather, NAV, HIDs and power everything). So this whole 'OMG it's overpriced nonsense needs to stop.
The Flex is a heavy, 7 passenger, 260+ HP vehicle. What type of fuel economy do you people REASONABLY expect. The mixed driving that Autoblog reported of the FWD version is approaching the fuel economy of a midsize V-6 sedan. I would expect that once the D35 loosens up (Duratecs are very tight to start), and you get a driver behind that wheel that drives it not as if he/she is testing it for an automotive publication you would probably end up with better fuel economy.
Do your homework folks, before you start your whining.

Pics Aplenty: 2009 Mazda6 {Autoblog}
Jul 16th 2008 10:44PM How is 24 MPG combined crap? The Sonata, Camry and Malibu (the better performers) achieve 25, and the Accord 24. So really how what are you basing crap off of?
So what if the V-6 gets 20 MPG combined, if your utmost concern is fuel economy you wouldn't bother with it in the first place.

Jul 16th 2008 9:00PM I take it you bought one of the current gen wagons/hatches?
It looks good to me, can't wait to see it in person.
