Jun 11th 2008 9:52PM There's a popular show that aired in Japan for a while, it's a show about people doing crazy things to compete in a contest. You might have seen the re-branded version of it here in the states called "MXC." That show wouldn't be possible if people were out there suing over there like they were here.
Surely these acts were wrong and she deserves compensation, however i don't believe that 250 million should be paid in damages to anyone, short of the company causing a death. If she did win, how much do you think she would receive after all is said and done? 20-50 mill?

Jun 3rd 2008 5:20PM Yeah i have to agree with you on this one. When i heard about the 6 i was excited as well. My S4 is a gas guzzler and the engine tank is small. I'm constantly refueling. As an owner and a possible next gen owner as well i'm happy to hear i'll have a more efficient car.
