Apr 4th 2008 11:56AM This argument makes no sense whatsoever! They are not bean counters running a business, they are hired by us to protect and serve, not find ways to make lots of money.
While they may generate revenue through this, they also spent a lot of money doing the raid and will probably not have a net gain not to mention the negative it gives people about this "business".
Money should be taken out of the equation by making the fines that can be received for breaking the law only community service time and jail time.
Taxes don't need to go up, they need to go down. Technology should be eliminating government jobs and population growth should be funding any government growth as the the government stays they same size in relation to the population.

I grew up with a '86 930 and a '91 Turbo. I didn't care for the water cooled 911's until they redid the front headlights.
I don't know that I could ever stomach the maintenance no matter how much I made, though :)

Mar 27th 2008 8:58AM The last air cooled 911 Turbo - This car is worth a lot more than bluebook however I don't care much for the color. I know Jerry is a Porsche nut and I don't know why he would ever sell this car.
Only the beginning: hard drives in cars {Autoblog}
Jul 12th 2007 1:08PM My 1997 Acura RL had a hard drive based navigation system. Only 320mb so you couldn't fit all the states in it at once. Another car just came out with a 10gig drive which is stupid. Why are they so far behind. You can't buy an ipod with a hard drive that small. How about 40-80 gigs for holding music.
