If you give a damn about the warranty then I guess you get to suffer with it. I've been changing my fluid every 10,000km along with the engine oil and it's been fine so far.
I also have a magnetic drain bolt, brass bushings for the shifter cables at the transmission as well as the base of the shifter housing, an Ingalls torque dampener, a Comptech short shifter and the heavier shift knob from the 06+ Si -- all in the name of making the shifts as smooth as possible.
I have even heard of some service tech's suggesting Amsoil MTF themselves.

Mar 26th 2008 1:24PM Amsoil MTF seems to work quite well in regards to the transmission issues, I've been using it since about 5,000km's without any serious problems (2006 RSX-S).
Some people have problems, some don't.
