Toyota considering price hikes in the future {Autoblog}

Jun 29th 2008 12:04PM I think it is smart for the Japanese not to increase it's prices.
Japan has used recycled steel in the past. If their country keeps raising prices there will be job cuts; job cuts will result in their market not launching enough IPO as well a smaller maternity rate; Life insurance companies will lose out since the population is decreasing from all of the burdens of lame economy. Soon these companies will just want to invest in China and India.

Volkswagen Golf Mk VI not U.S.-bound? {Autoblog}

Jun 15th 2008 2:45PM They mentioned GOLF and not Rabbit, so maybe the Rabbit will still hope of here eventhough they are the same car

Iacocca FTW! Chrysler to honor former exec with rally {Autoblog}

Jun 11th 2008 11:10AM Sorry, I don't like this man at all.
He helped initialize the globalization of the auto industry
by inviting Toyota and Honda to set up camp in the U.S. which destroyed the authenticity of owing a foreign made car and help hurt GM and other American brands.

Spy Shots: Toyota/Subaru coupe caught in the wild {Autoblog}

Jun 5th 2008 1:54PM You people need to relax, it is just a mule.
Have you ever seen BMW's test mule. It looks like a WW1
tank and has nothing to reflect what the design has in store. It is just a test of how the layout will work once the actual car is ready for production.

I hope the RWD is for Europe only or at the very least
RWD and with AWD when needed.

Subaru Impreza coupe coming in 2010 {Autoblog}

Jun 4th 2008 6:55PM Anybody looking to buy a Subaru buys it for AWD, reliability, safety and cost. When the coupe comes to the U.S., it would make sense to send it as a typical Subaru
while the FWD/less expensive version would be more suitable for Europe, Australia and S. America. Americans
don't like so much image change when it comes to models. look at the new Jag XF.

Subaru Impreza coupe coming in 2010 {Autoblog}

Jun 4th 2008 6:32PM If it looks like this and starts at $ 22.000 for a 4 cyl.
and a grand or so with AWD, I will be really happy!!!!
The coupe looks awesome, but lets see what Fuji H I
has in store for us...

Spy Shots: Jaguar XF-R mules testing in Death Valley {Autoblog}

Jun 3rd 2008 11:34AM The interior and rear of the car are nice, but nothing Jaguar about the front. I have only seen a handful on the road with some sporting a retro fit leaping Jaguar from the grill. Mercedes goes forwards and backwards with their designs, Jaguar should remain in the past and attempt not to make any modern versions look like the ford Taurus.

Subaru RWD coupe will be sold worldwide, Toyota version only in Japan {Autoblog}

May 28th 2008 5:35PM They will have AWD as an option...case closed.

BMW to raise prices by 1% to counter weak dollar {Autoblog}

May 27th 2008 4:58PM They should just install a fuel efficient and money saving in line 4 and charge a starting price of $23.000.
It is ridiculous to put in the same engine as 3 and take away its sales. Who want to pay so much and pay more for oil. An economic engine in the U.S. will show people that the Germans are not total pecker heads.

New Saab 9-5 set for Geneva next March {Autoblog}

May 22nd 2008 11:20PM Hey, if this was owned by Ford, it would have already been sold to the Indians (the ones without the feathers).
