May 10th 2008 12:17PM I don't see the point of the opening statement of pointing out that she "hearts Autoblog." Is she going to be mad if the news reports this incident?
You know you've pushed your car too hard when... {Autoblog}
May 6th 2008 4:53PM So Evo's are 40K+ now? Since when? As stated, GSR starts in the low 30's, just like the Evo IX before it. The DOT requires that the brake pedal be metal, and it is in the Mitsu, the clutch pedal is also metal because it is a mechanical/hydraulic system. That being said, I hope this isn't some sort of epidemic and they come up with a stronger pedal made out of thicker plastic.
Mitsubishi Evo MR and lightweight Subaru STI Spec-C coming {Autoblog}
Apr 30th 2008 3:12PM Mitsubishi built even better handling into the X then they did the IX. Horespower is cheaper and easier to add to a car then better handling is in the aftermarket. So, IMO, Mitsu has done their job well. I'd much rather do the basic mods to an X and have more power AND a better handling machine then a comparable STI. And look better while doing it.
Mazda creates disassembly line in wake of Cougar Ace capsizing {Autoblog}
Apr 29th 2008 4:43PM Of course there's another way. They could have risked lawsuits over people feeling cheated for buying a "damaged, salvaged" car that was "underwater" on a "sunken" boat. People sue big car companies, and WIN, for less and are awarded huge sums for their "trouble" I'm sure Mazda wants a piece of that action.

Central Europe Rally: VW on top, Gordon in 10th {Autoblog}
Apr 28th 2008 2:26PM Lancer (Carisma) and Pajero (Montero/Shogun) are about the only two vehicles Mitsubishi competes with in motorsports right now. They have sold a few examples of a Pajero Evolution, but I don't think a version of it is currently available for sale now. They do it to meet whatever rules a governing body might set so they can compete with that particular model which most likely doesn't require it to be offered year after year.
Spy Shots: Cadillac CTS Wagon! {Autoblog}
Apr 25th 2008 5:39PM @ DKB_SATX
The SRX replacement is on the way. It is a major luanch as well so they are staggering it after the CTS to make sure it (the CTS) had a trouble free launch as it is arguably more important for the company. IMO, the SRX was a disapointment because it looked too much like a wagon. Its replacement supposedly as more upright CUV styling to better take on its arch nemesis the Lexus RX. I like wagons too, I have always liked European models especially. BMW, Merc an Audi do them right. I thought the Magnum and the Lexus IS Sportcross were hideous though. I doubt America is ready for a CTS wagon at all though, no matter how good it looks.
Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart Version R Special: Now with SUPER STIFFNESS {Autoblog}
Apr 24th 2008 10:14AM I think I remember reading somewhere that the current Colt doesn't meet US safety regulations. So yeah, they know there is a market for regular Colts, but not necessarily for this particular Colt. Maybe the next generation of Colt will make it here.
Spy VIDEO: Lexus LF-A sounds as mean as it looks {Autoblog}
Apr 22nd 2008 5:28PM Aren't the F40's extra pipe from the wastgates off the turbos? So its more of a necessity then a styling statement right? The LF-A is NA.
