Jul 16th 2008 6:31PM I don't understand why Americans dislike roadsters so much. I love the MGB and would probably own one if I had any sort of mechanical aptitude at all (which I don't) and could constantly put it back together again. Miata is probably my next car...unless worlds come together and this comes to the states.
Not all of us feel the need to drive around a carful of bratty kids. Two doors is enough.

Jul 5th 2008 9:54PM From what I've read, the director of McLaren is a real weirdo and a crazed germaphobe. He even gets the gravel in his driveway washed. If I was a Mercedes executive I probably wouldn't want to work with him either.
I'm more of a Lotus guy anyway. Colin Chapman never had a problem with getting his hands dirty!

Jul 2nd 2008 11:38PM Yeah, sugar cane ethanol rawks since it produces something like 8x what corn ethanol produces. BIODIESEL IS THE WAY TO GO. I met Josh Tickell a while ago (he's got a movie coming out pretty soon) and he got me pretty "pumped" on biodiesel. Cool thing is that you don't need any mods to run it in a diesel vehicle. Now we just need to get California to stop shooting itself in the environmental foot and start approving small cars equiped with diesels.
