The Styling is amazing, love the grill, the side profile reminds me of a 40's-50's car (notice the shape of the trunk), which isn't that bad.
since the lincoln's other crossover is based on the edge and its base price is in the mid 30's this will probably be in the 40's since the ford flex is priced higher then the ford edge

Mar 17th 2008 2:48PM Being brazilian and currently living in the US I find car prices in Brazil to be horrific, for example, a Honda CR-V in Brazil's currency is R$115,000 which is US$64,000ish cars like the Ford Explorer range about US$100,000, but the car looks like it is going to be very sucessful because it is a mini SUV and due to gas prices and the price of SUVs people don't have much options. The only popular mini SUV in Brazil is the Ford ECOsport, about R$80,000 in US$40,000ish. I thought I'd never see the day that a there would be a brazilian auto maker.

Mar 15th 2008 12:43PM i honestly have my hopes up for this car. the current model isn't really that bad, it is basicly a nicer altima, they are just bringing back the 4DSC because the newish altima came in to the maxima's current territory.

Jan 24th 2008 2:45PM So. I cannot believe that some people here are comparing this car to be a camry wagon, its more like an Avalon wagon, so expect a price tag a bit higher then the avalon, which isn't selling very well...
I do love the styling of it. and less lines then the highlander... toyota seems to think that sharp angles looks good... not really toyota

Jan 22nd 2008 12:49AM so, at this point i always thought sure honda can manage an SUV, until i saw the new CR-V, well newish, i like the previous model, sence when only women drive SUV's or Crossovers, whatever honda calls it. about the Pilot. I like the sketch better. i mean the detailing with the headlights is new and i think it looks very cool, something somewhat new. The boxy-ness, i can deal. but the overall look doesn't "surprise" me.
At this point i'd say like japanese? go get a pathfinder, they now have the same V8 as the Armada, 5.7 or 5.6 i cant remember but if you want hp without the size.

Jan 7th 2008 10:29AM I love it. Somehow it looks likt the only picture out there of the New Honda Pilot. The front end isnt great and if they do build it, it wouldnt look nearly close to this. but i do hope the keep the side profile, and maybe keep the sliding doors, i mean i think they are ideal for the overgrowing size of cars and the fact that parking spaces seem smaller. i mean sure it would just be like a minivan but it be great to have power doors in an SUV.

Jan 7th 2008 10:19AM Ok, honestly i love honda i mean every car that honda has in the market is amazing even the Ridgeline. this new Pilot looks amazing. The current model is not that stylish and it sells like crazy. I mean we are the only people in my neighborhood that own a Nissan Armada, I mean I see more of the 2006+ Pilots than any Ford Explorer models. Basicly means I think its going to be a hit
