Jun 22nd 2009 2:32PM lol, is anyone even paying attention to how this car looks, its features, and its price point? Everyone keeps saying who would buy this. Why dont we actually LOOK PAST the badge guys. This is a VERY nice vehicle. I'm 27 and I would drive one as my daily no problem.

Jun 18th 2009 6:42PM Yea, not nearly as many people here will be able to take advantage of this. I think they should have made this plan a little more inclusive. As is, most people who want new cars dont qualify to take advantage of it.

Jun 17th 2009 3:17PM This car is actually pretty good. The issue is that it's just a refresh. All the goodies it should have wont come until the redesign in 2 years(new MKS keypad, ecoboost engine, completely different sheetmetal than the Fusion so it flows better). Considering this is just a refresh, they did a pretty good job.
And I wish people would stop calling the MKS a rebadge. It shares no exterior parts with the Taurus and has a different engine and completely different interior. Using the same chassis is not a rebadge.

Jun 17th 2009 3:04PM Why not try the Fusion Sport instead and save 10k dollars? I have a Lincoln Zephyr. Mine is modified pretty heavily and I started a business modding these specific cars. Although it's not really "sporty" to begin with, they are very easy cars to fall in love with. And the aftermarket is much bigger than youd think(because of the shared chassis with the Mazda 6)

I do live in the city and have for 26+ years. There are definitely nice parts of Detroit than right by the river. Downtown is looking VERY good, especially compared to a 10 years ago and there are a multitude of very nice neighborhoods in the city(within 15 min of each other, not 1 hour). It is obvious that you have blinded yourself to reality. Detroit isnt perfect, but its not that bad. If it bothers you so much, I suggest you move so that the people who love the city can finish repairing its image without you in their way.

However, I see nothing wrong with this video.
If you are dumb enough to do this, then you shouldnt be reproducing anyway. I wish more stupid people would participate in this stunt.
