Oct 9th 2008 1:05PM Wow that thing looks great the only thing i don't like is that it might have a regular automatic. It needs a dual clutch transmission.
Back in the days it was a detriment to performance to use an automatic but with the DSG type transmissions it is of actual benefit and if we are all the gear heads and speed freaks we claim to be, we cant really look down on what gives you more performance!

America is suffocating itself slowly but surely with all these useless ridiculous laws. Next you wont be able to breath without permission. The sad thing is people allow this kind of s--t to happen. Jun 3rd 2008 7:47PM I always find it funny all these low clearance skinny tired cars get stuck on the beach. They must have forgot the few rules of driving on sand.
1. Let air out of your tires for bigger contact patch.
2. Shovel, 2x4 or 6, and a piece of rug are your friend.
3. If your car starts to sink... DO NOT give it more gas.

May 29th 2008 8:16PM That's freakin sweet. I will definitely be seriously looking at this ram now. I had originally thought I would not be buying because of the price of gas but if it really is 20% better in Fuel economy that would equal the same MPG I get in an Xterra 4x4 I bought recently, and all of a sudden it is a player in my book.

Mar 4th 2008 9:20PM I cant believe the people here looking down on this engine. Was it cheaper to massage the 6.2L with a supercharger and get 620HP than it was to develop a Lt-5 sucessor that does it naturally? Of course it was by a lot. But the fact of the matter is this engine gets the job done and it does it efficiently without cutting any corners. It has the dry sump system, an oil cooler, oil squirters, intercooler, etc etc this engine will do what it needs to do and it wont need a super high dollar maintenance job every 15 - 30,000 miles. Of course everyone wants a wow factor when u pop open the hood but you have to pay for it. And if this car was 250,000 dollars everyone would be bitching about it despite having everything they wanted.
GM did a great job and imo the only real gripe can be the hood window and the sub par interior. That is it.
