Feb 26th 2008 11:45AM This is a utilitarian vehicle that we see over a hundred times a day that seems to have a new look- which I think looks much better than before. If you hate this vehicle you don't understand it.
There is no reason to European-ize everything here just for the sake of satisfying the types here who prefer European aesthetics- those types probably are not looking to buy a large van anyways. And regarding aesthetics in general, some may say European aesthetics are colder and have less charm compared to American aesthetics. I do see some things in Europe that look better, but then there are some American things that I prefer.

Feb 23rd 2008 3:38AM Manmade global warming alarmists seem to be very forceful in attempting to prove their point. Something just seems a littttle peculiar about their attitude that I can not trust it. If manmade climate change was obvious as they make it out to be, wouldn't it be presented to everyone in a manner that just completely made sense, instead of trying to forcefully sell it to us? Since we are being intimidated into believing this, I think it is a reason why believing in manmade climate change may be slowly losing it's grip. Because you can never force someone to share the same beliefs you have.
And Bob Lutz is just speaking an opinion, there is no reason to overreact. If Bob Lutz told everyone that he thinks seafood is disgusting, should all of us seafood lovers boycott GM? No.

Feb 21st 2008 9:05PM Jg, sorry, but your wishes will never be met. I think I'm sure that even our great great grandchildren will be "tainted" by that awesome American V8 rumble. I don't know why people seem like you to be bothered by people's taste for V8 power.. But even if V8s happen go out of production, people are going still hang onto their old cars. I hope you understand.
Be a real auto enthusiast and appreciate vehicles for what they are instead of wishing vehicles that don't fit your tastes banished from our roads. People here hate reading comments like that.
Oh, and I think this Hyundai coupe is looking good. I think it'll continue to reverse people's perception of what Hyundai is.

Read what I typed again... Some of you actually think THAT is possible? You think Chrysler let alone anyone else can construct this without breaking a sweat? And even if you could get a car like that you STILL wouldn't be happy.
