Wow, Neff you should be working as a car designer since you know so much about the subject. Too bad the automakers don't take you seriously enough to hire you as part of the design team!
The truth of the matter is that the new Focus is a well put together car with a far better interior than the import competition. Furthermore, its price will be thounsands less. Styling is up to the buyer.

Maybe Ford should take a page out of Toyota's book and design the blandest cars on the road. Toyota simplifies (cuts costs) their trim a little more they might try and sell you a just a seat with wheels on it.

Nov 12th 2007 8:34PM Fair enough. However, Manufacturers want a single uniformed look to the model line. If this decision was that easy then it would have been made years ago.
People will be unhappy either way. Especially if the F-Series and Mustang get the "Kinetic" treatment
