LA Times' Dan Neil bumped from NBC Gear {Autoblog}

Apr 10th 2008 3:20PM Good point, but they will need the car producers money to sponsor their other shows. They are not going to risk their Toyota sponsorship of say...the Olympics, so Adam Carolla can rag on the Carolla.

Survey: Bring back Oldsmobile, Studebaker {Autoblog}

Apr 3rd 2008 9:53PM The only American car brands that need to come back would be ones like Deusenberg. Maybe it could be built by the Saleen folks.

Studebaker or Plymouth would be like the British bringing back Rover.

Dec 25th 2007 11:50AM I bought a previous generation Civic Hybrid for my wife. Prompltly, I changed the wheels and took off the hybrid badging so I would not look like a granola. I always like the fact that with a Honda you could be economical without shouting it out to the world.

Tokyo Motor Show: Mazda Taiki concept {Autoblog}

Oct 24th 2007 11:31AM This is similar in principal to a Peugeot concept about 20 years ago.

It's still pretty cool though. Like others have said, Mazda should be commended for pushing the envelope.

Cadillac will not race again next year {Autoblog}

Oct 20th 2007 2:40PM I always thought that racing was a good thing for Cadillac. GM will get a not for cred for their high performance cars by putting money into programs like the Corvette and Cadillac Racing than they are paying zillions to slap headlight sticker on an ugly ass "car of tommarrow" NASCAR special.
