Slim Down for Summer with That's Fit

This piece of NASCAR kitsch really sucks {Autoblog}

Jan 18th 2007 11:24AM That's pretty neat, I wonder if it's advanced at the roomba/scooba. My roomate just bought a scooba because we have all laminate flooring and it works surprisingly well. Neat little gadget, it doesn't do too bad cleaning up all the dog hair.

Jan 18th 2007 9:41AM The 70s/dharma initiative theme is stupid, someone obviously thinks a little too highly of themselves.

Mopar going off-road with Jeep {Autoblog}

Jan 17th 2007 10:50AM I don't own a jeep so I'm just speculating, but it seems like they're hopping in the game really late. The only pros I could think of that they would still warranty your vehicle or you could buy it brand new just the way you want it.

There's got to be a HUGE aftermarket for these vehicles already and I'm thinking most people are going to stick with what works (everything from casual to hardcore offroading goodies), they've probably been in developing parts for these vehicles for probably 20 years.

Detroit Auto Show: Toyota's FT-HS Concept in the flesh {Autoblog}

Jan 11th 2007 3:56PM I think it looks great. Very agressive.

Doh! Autoblog screws up, you get one more chance to win a 80GB iPod Video {Autoblog}

Jan 9th 2007 1:20PM I won't win the iPod, but I'm glad you did the contests because I've discovered that I love listening to your podcast while at work. Great jaeorb.

Officially Official: Jaguar C-XF Concept - pics galore {Autoblog}

Jan 3rd 2007 8:10AM I really like the front end, looks big and aggressive like some sort of Holden and the headlights remind me of the S15 Silvia.

Mazda intros home-market Blaze Edition MX-5 {Autoblog}

Dec 22nd 2006 2:01PM #3. I agree, the The MX-5 could really use the power levels of the MS 3 / MS 6 engine, but it doesn't have the same characteristics that would fit the miata.

After 6k RPM power all but disappears, the miata needs something that keeps going all the way up to redline. Maybe a slightly larger turbo and lower boost to get around the same HP numbers? Or maybe the head just doesn't flow for crap? Who knows. Look at the MS3 dyno chart, it's very impressive until the power takes a SHARP nosedive, that extra 800rpm or whatever is completely useless :(

Behold the cam-less future {Autoblog}

Dec 22nd 2006 1:53PM That's extremely cool. I wonder what kind of performance gains there are just from the crank not having to turn the cam(s), and what that means. You'd think it could have higher-rpm applications, but there will obviously be a limit to how fast these things can operate.

Very cool though, I love exciting technology like this :)

RR of the Day - 1985 Chevy Corvette {Autoblog}

Dec 22nd 2006 8:27AM I never really liked the C4 vettes until I started going to a few autocrosses. If you haven't seen one run you'd never believe how those things carve through the cones. Absolutely amazing!

Nice, original car :)

Autoblog Podcast #51: Win an iPod Nano for listening! {Autoblog}

Dec 20th 2006 3:39PM The podcast mentions this weeks prize is the 4G nano, but in this post you say it's a 2G nano. Just an fyi :)
