There's one little trick you can do ... Look on your computer for a button (usually round) with an open circle and a line going through the top. Press on it, wait for 5 seconds then go to Hell.

On what grounds?
Street racing is the big no-no right that is being driven by MADD and community groups who exercise pressure on local governements.
They people who make the decisions make "bad" ones because, only the community groups who work with them, the tuners are outside cursing and breaking the law.
Grow up and if you like your hobby change the perception.

I love how people are saying, yeah we knowingly broke the law, now stop harassing me because there are worse people than me out there.
Let's translate that into other violations. Yeah officer, I ran that red light but there are people out there who do much worse
Yeah officer, I punched that man but it barely shows, and besides, others are committing murder.
The bottom line is that unless you play with the rules you will get burned.
If you don't like the rules, get involved, make a difference and change them.
If you're serious about your hobby, than be responsible and stop blaming others.
Don't just continue to break them and cry fowl for getting busted.
