Officially Official: New Ferrari California exposed! {Autoblog}

May 13th 2008 7:06AM No thanks. I would be embarrased to park this next to a 430 or 599.

Speaking of which, both of those cars have a lot more style and character to them. This screams diluted brand about as much as the Cayenne. Only available as a vert; somehow the California name seems all to relevant.

Apr 8th 2008 8:50PM I wonder if they are actually doing a complete lap this time.

New York '08 Preview: 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP packs 402 HP... and a third pedal! {Autoblog}

Mar 16th 2008 9:13AM The reason it makes only 400HP, is because it was detuned to run on regular gas, instead of premium, and to try and get better MPG numbers.

New York '08 Preview: 2010 Pontiac sports truck, GM wants you to name it! {Autoblog}

Mar 15th 2008 6:48PM I think it looks amazing, I don't see why everyone is hating on the looks, it is almost exactly a G8 with an open bed, in fact *gasp* that is what it is.

I don't see why it will flop, how many people buy trucks actually need the truckness of it, and not just the bed? I've probably hauled more in my small 2 door sport coupe than most people actually do in their trucks. I hate driving trucks because of how they feel on the road, if I can get a car with a bed I would take one any day over a truck. I'm not deluding myself into thinking I will ever actually go offroad.

Oh wait, I forgot all 25 million truck owners work on construction sites :rolleyes:

I hope it is a huge success and I think it will be, built it GM.

Mar 15th 2008 12:38AM Yeah because that what chevy has been lacking, truck product.

Get off it guys, Pontiac needs this more than any other brand, Chevy has plenty of trucks.

Honda touts heat-harnessing hybrid technology {Autoblog}

Feb 21st 2008 12:39PM Where are you guys getting this tailpipe from? If I'm interpreting the illustration correctly it would use the heat from the engine block, which is more than adequate to boil water. Think about it, they say anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4 of energy is lost in combustion to heat, so why not capture some of the lost energy to drive a steam turbine. You don't need to fill it with water if it is in a closed loop, the steam would evaporate, and then recondense as it cools...It is the same way steam turbines work. This would be the same application but on a smaller scale.

Combines with regenerative braking, I say it would add a good charge to batteries. Honda has already proven it can use electric motors to improve acceleration, so you could use it at highway speeds, or to improve acceleration and any other number of improvements.

Feb 20th 2008 9:18PM How is anything you said remotely related to homosexuality?

I think it's just you, there isn't much difference from the 1/4 panel forward between the coupe and the sedan.
