Paradise: Ferrari named Best Place to Work {Autoblog}

May 3rd 2007 4:20PM Unfortunately in Italy MOST of wages are low,especially for factory workers.They are considered exactly as FIAT workers,same contract,same money (more or less 950 euros),but they have special benefits as the article says.Obviously they ask themselves"Is it better to work 8 hours a day in a horrible factory in the grey Turin making a Punto or 8 hours making a work of art in the green country of middle Italy?"The answer is easy and in this situation money is not so important...

VIDEO: Ferrari 599 GTB vs. Porche Carrera GT {Autoblog}

Feb 20th 2007 5:56AM Bravi bravi tedeschi mangia-crauti...It's hard to lose World Cup at home...and that's a (miserable) way to have at least one victory...

Next time make "Carrera GT vs Fiat 500"...the advantage will be even more evident....

Alfa puts the 159 on Atkins {Autoblog}

Nov 27th 2006 10:08AM I just want you to remember that the whole FIAT Group has just survived its worst crisis in 107 years...so if 159 (by the way the worst colour for Alfas,especially for taking pictures,is that grey),Brera,8c etc and the upcoming 149 and Junior are the results of this period...well...if I were in the Germans I would be not worried of course,but let's say "interested" in the future of "Biscione"....I think that most of the problems of weight will be solved by new engines ,hoping that a very liiiiitle help would arrive by Maranello for what lighter materials are concerned...

CONFIRMED - Alfa returns to U.S. at end of 2009 with three-model lineup {Autoblog}

Jul 15th 2006 4:11AM moa,
there are some mistakes in what you've written:the platform called "Premium"was developerd by Alfa and GM togheter,but GM problems didn't let them use it,and the only engine by GM is the v6 3200 260 hp,which arrived to this point thanks to Alfa engineers...Don't worry:Alfas haven't lost their soul even in the worst period of Fiat troubles.As someone said they just have to use more powerful engines and create "GTA"versions ,Ferrari/Maserati powered, 4WD to battle against AMG,M's and RS series....
