After seeing the award winning cars Ford sells overseas coupled with the recent announcement that the Beat will not be sold here, I'm having a real tough time finding sympathy. It's unfortunate that companies like this ARE so crucially tied to the stability of the economy, otherwise I'd say let them suffer.
In addition, if the taxpayers are being forced to bail them out for their bad marketing practices are we gonna have any say in the way they do business? Of course not.

Just FINISH the fucking game already!! It's the entire reason I bought a damn PS3 and now ONE fucking game is not gonna come out until 5 years AFTER IT WAS ANNOUNCED!! This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Am I the only one who has lost all patience with PolyphonyD?

Jul 16th 2008 7:01PM The only problem is that those titles have been springing to mind for years now. I bought my PS3 for GT5, but where the hell is it? Resistance was fun but it didn't blow my mind like CoD4 did. Proclaiming the awesomeness of Killzone2, Infamous, and LBP is purely speculation. And don't get me wrong, I WANT those games to be awesome but there's no way of telling whether they'll follow the same fate as previous not so awesome exclusives.
More importantly, I want a game that is NOT possible on the 360 to help the PS3 save face. They say MGS4 took up an entire Blu-Ray but after playing it I can't help but think that there's no reason why It couldn't fit on one DVD considering the Core gameplay can be completed in less than 6 hours. We need a game that is so HUGE it uses of 50gb of compressed data, a game that uses 100% of the PS3's processing power. Unfortunatly, I'm wondering if that game will ever come.

So when should we expect to see those? Having owned every Sony console I'm most definitely a Sony "fanboy". However, Sony's horrible F'ups this generation are beginning to tarnish my fanboyism. I'm getting real tired of seeing the assloads of 360 exclusives while losing half of previous Sony exclusives. MGS4 is the only groundbreaking exclusive for PS3 and while great, it wasn't the "holy shit the 360 could never do this" game we were all hoping for.
I like blu-ray, I've been really happy with my PS3 overall, unfortunately of my 16 games only 3 are exlusives; MGS4, Uncharted and LAIR(got for free). The rest are all games that are the same or "better" on 360. I guess to make a long story short, Sony better pull a rabbit out of their hat soon because I can only be a blind fanboy for so long.
